Looking Inside and Packaging the Self - Roy Cowell, Principal, Cowell and Associates

With more than 20 years' experience in executive search and career transition coaching, Roy Cowell offers his clients the best of both worlds:  the experience, maturity, and “know how” typical of a large firm; and the personal attention and empathy found only in one-on-one relationships.  His practical blend of pragmatism, realism, and street smarts translates into a shortcut route to success for each transitioning executive.  Executives from a variety of industries, as well as over 300 consultants from premier management consulting firms have benefited from his time-tested wisdom.  Roy has been a frequent speaker on the topic of Career Management/Transition to sitting MBA classes and alumni groups from The University of Chicago, Kellogg, Wharton, and the University of Illinois.
