Dear ChemPharma Members and Prospective Members,

These continue to be unprecedented times.  The past few years have seen global changes most of us couldn’t have imagined – the fall of the housing market, Arab spring, the European monetary collapse, unemployment rates in the United States reported at 9% in October 2011, and a continuing weak economic recovery.  Despite what may seem like doom and gloom, there continues to be bright spots – we’ve seen a number of members land good opportunities despite these unprecedented times.

Networks continue to be a vital resource that requires cultivating.  With constant career and personal demands, your membership in the ChemPharma^® Professional Association continues to be a valuable investment opportunity in your present and future.  Maintaining and building a network of your peers is the best way to ensure your personal growth and business development.  ChemPharma^® Professional Association provides you with the social, professional, technical, and educational relationships that can create a wealth of opportunities for you.

I encourage you to continue to invest in yourself by becoming a more active ChemPharma member.  Volunteering only a few hours during the year can provide you with a personal level of fulfillment and help enhance your role as an active ChemPharma networker.

ChemPharma ^® Annual Fall Meeting, November 29, 2011

The 2011 ChemPharma^® Annual Fall Meeting was held on November 29, 2011.

Our speaker, Phil Kirschner, the President of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association, gave an interesting summation of the state of the New Jersey Economy.

In addition to our speaker, we had active networking before and after our sit-down dinner.  The 2012 Board of Trustees and Board of Advisers were introduced during this meeting.  Acknowledgments and thanks were given to all our out-going 2011 Board of Trustees members.  The ChemPharma Board of Trustees is an all volunteer board.  We thank all our volunteers for their on-going contribution and dedication to the continued success and growth of the ChemPharma^® Professional Association.
